“General Stefan Gusa” Foundation.
I. Scholarships and prizes:
a. Assignment of monthly scholarships between October 2019 and June 2020 for:
3 squad leaders and students of the non-commissioned officers school
3 cadets of the military academies (land, air, naval)
1 student of the Military Technical Academy.
b. The awarding of the “General Stefan Gusa Foundation” prizes to the graduates – heads of promotion of:
Military Technical Academy, Land Forces Academies “Nicolae Balcescu” Sibiu;
Naval Forces “Mircea cel Batrân” Constanta;
Air Force “Henri Coanda” Brasov
Military Schools of Squad Leaders and Non-Commissioned Officers:
Land Forces, “Basarab I” – Pitesti;
Air Force, “Traian Vuia” – Matricola,
Naval Forces, “Admiral Murgescu” – Constanza.
c. Assignment of the Foundation Prizes on the occasion of the Winter and Summer Military Sports Games
d. Assignment of the Prize for scientific research in the field of national defence
e. Support the cultural-educational project “Let us preserve the tradition of the Romanian people – the Coronita folklore ensemble – Spataru School”
II. Charity actions:
December 2020 • Gifts for children Spataru School and support for disadvantaged families of Spataru
III. Ceremonies:
October 25, 2020 – Army Day: Laying of a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier
May 28, 2020 – Ascension of the Lord – Heroes’ Day, military and religious ceremony in the church of the village of Spataru
December 22, 2020 – Anniversary of the events of December 1989. Military and religious ceremony
May 18, 2020 – On the occasion of Ascension Day – Heroes’ Day, at the church of the village of Spataru, the “General Stefan Gusa” Foundation laid wreaths of flowers…

On July 31, 2020, on the occasion of the graduation ceremonies, at the residences of the garrisons, diplomas of excellence and cash prizes were delivered by the “General Stefan Gusa” Foundation to the heads of the 2020 graduating class of the military educational institutions of the Ministry of National Defence.

Assignment of the prize by the General Stefan Gusa Foundation for scientific research in the field of National Defence.
The General Stefan Gusa Foundation, during the ceremony of November 5, 2020 at the National Defence University “Carol I”, awarded the Diploma of Excellence and the Prize for Scientific Research in the field of National Defence to Mr. Col. Stefan Antonio Dan -Suteu, Ph.D. for the paper “Cyber threat. Strategic dimensions”.
