- Expansion of contacts with persons and representatives of certain institutions (Military School, Military Academy, Ministry of National Defence, “Sahia” Film Studio, etc.) in order to collect written documents and audio and video recordings concerning the life and activity of General Stefan Gușă.
- Completion of the documentary fund of the Foundation with testimonies, photographs and video images regarding the life and activity of General Stefan Gușă.
- Te Deum with military ceremonial and laying of wreaths at the monument of General Stefan Gușă located at the church of the village of Spătaru, on the occasion of the anniversary of the revolutionary events of December 1989, and of the commemoration of the 5th anniversary of his death on March 28.
- Intensification of the interventions with the local authorities in order to obtain the approval to name after the General a major military unit, the village of Spătaru and/or a street of the Municipality of Bucharest and/or of Buzău.
- Continuation of the publication and printing, under the patronage of the Foundation, of various writings of military history.
- Donation of the volumes printed under the patronage of the Foundation to the libraries of the military high schools and to the faculties of history of the country.
- Selection of proposals regarding the content and graphics of the website of the Foundation.
- Donation of 10 copies of the work Punished to Win written by Brigadier General (Ret.) Vasile Ienceanu to each of the following 17 libraries of the Municipality of Buzău and of the commune of Costești, Buzău County:
