- Donation to the church of the village of Spătaru of a marble cross dedicated to the heroes of this locality fallen in the two World Wars.
- Publication, under the patronage of the Foundation, of certain writings of military history.
- Organization of the ceremonial of laying of wreaths at the monument of General Stefan Gușă erected at the church of the village of Spătaru, on the occasion of the anniversary of the revolutionary events of December 1989, in which he took part as Chief of the General Staff.
- Presentation of the books published by the Foundation within certain scientific events, and their free distribution to the faculties of history and to the military high schools.
- Publication in specialized journals of reviews of various books published under the patronage of the Foundation.
- Completion of the documentary fund of the Foundation with testimonies, photographs and video images regarding the life and activity of General Gușă.
- Analysis and selection of the requests for support for the publication of various writings of military history, addressed to the Foundation by different institutions and associations, or by private individuals.
- Setting up of a website of the Foundation.
- Consecration and inauguration in the courtyard of the Church of the village of Spătaru of a marble cross in memory of the local heroes fallen in the two World Wars.
At the inauguration ceremony held on 27.05.1998, on the occasion of Heroes’ Day, the following participated: the commander of the 2nd Army, the prefect of the region, local authorities, active and reserve military personnel.
