15.01.2013 – 15.04.2013 – Payment of 10 monthly scholarships (subsistence), 9 months per year (October-June) to 3 military high school students, 3 students of the non-commissioned officers school, 3 students of the military academies (land, air, naval) ) and student of the Military Technical Academy.

1-10 May 2013 – Donation of the first books to the authors referred to the Communication Session of the students of the Faculties of Social and Human Sciences of the University of Pitesti.

23 – 28 June 2013 – Special trip “FGŞG”, trip abroad (Italy) one student each from the 3 Military High Schools with the accompanying Italian teacher (3+1 persons)

16-31 July 2013 – Delivery of the Diplomas and prizes of the “General Ştefan Guşă Foundation” to the graduates of the National Defence University “Carol I”, of the Military Technical Academy, of the Land Forces Academy “Nicolae Bălcescu”, Sibiu; Naval Forces “Mircea the Old Man” Constanta; of the Air Force “Henri Coandă” Braşov and of the Military Schools of Squad Leaders and Non-Commissioned Officers: of the Land Forces, “Basarab I” – Pitesti; of the Air Force “Traian Vuia” – Boboc, of the Naval Force “Amiral Murgescu” – Constanta.

February – July 2013 – Two special prizes of the Foundation, one each for the military athlete with the best performances at the Army Winter Games and the Army Summer Games.

20 September 2013 – Prize and Diploma of Excellence of the Foundation for the best scientific research article in the field of National Security and Defence, of a university lecturer from the National Defence University “Carol I”

1-2 December 2013 – Donation of fiction and history books for the history competition of the pupils and students of Buzău county organized by the National Day.

1-5 December 2013 – Donation of books for the first authors within the Communication Session of the students of the Faculties of History organized by the University of Pitesti.

Third quarter
6 December 2013 – delivery of the Diplomas of Excellence and of the “General Ştefan Guşă” Prizes to the graduates of the Land Forces Academy “Nicolae Bălcescu” of Sibiu and of the Training School for Combat Units “Mihai Viteazul” of Pitesti;

6 December 2013 – Donation of foodstuffs, sweets, maintenance materials, provisions, Assoc. Saint Archdeacon Ştefan, Parish of Ghencea

– Delivery of the diplomas and prizes of the “General Stefan Gusa Foundation” to the class leaders of the National Defence University “Carol I”, of the Military Technical Academy, of the Academies: Land Forces “Nicolae Bălcescu” Sibiu; Naval Forces “Mircea cel Bătrân” Constanța; Air Forces “Henri Coandă” Brașov and of the military schools of masters and non-commissioned officers: of the Land Forces, “Basarab I” – Pitesti; of the Air Forces “Traian Vuia” – Boboc, of the Naval Forces “Amiral Murgescu” – Constanța.

– Prize and diploma of excellence of the Foundation for the best work of scientific research in the field of national security and defence, on the occasion of the annual international conference “Strategie XXI” at the National Defence University “Carol I”.

– Special prize of the “FGȘG”, a trip abroad (Italy), one student from each of the 3 Military High Schools with the Italian teacher accompanying them (3+1 persons).

– Two special prizes of the Foundation, one for the best military sportsman at the Winter Games and at the Summer Games of the Army.

Donation of books for the first prize to the authors of the works presented at the communication session of the students of the Faculties of Socio-human Sciences of the University of Pitesti.

– Donation of books for the first prize for the authors of the works presented at the communication session of the students of the Faculties of History organized by the University of Pitești.

– Donation of history books and history books for the history competition of pupils and students of Buzău county organized on the occasion of the National Day.

– Sponsorship of editorial activities: elaboration, editing, printing of studies, books of military history and memoirs, printing of journals of military associations – Cult of Heroes, War Veterans, Military Reserves, as follows: one title of the book “Military Attachés Report” Vol VI; one issue of the magazine “Heroic Romania”.

– Religious ceremony and gifts for the feast of St. Nicholas: school materials, sweets, fruit, etc. for the pupils of the General School of Spătaru.

– Donation of food, sweets, maintenance material, school material, Assoc. Saint Archdeacon Stephen, Parish of Ghencea

– On the occasion of Heroes’ Day, Army Day, December 22 and other holidays, organization in partnership with the Command of the Garrison of Buzau and the local authorities of this city and of the locality of Costesti of the commemorative ceremonies at the monument of general Stefan Gusa, located at the church of the village of Spataru, with related participation;

– Laying of wreaths at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, on the occasion of Heroes’ Day and Army Day;

– Awarding of “General Stefan Gusa” Diplomas and Prizes to the student graduating with the highest marks at the Military Technical Academy and to the researcher or graduate at the National Defence University “Carol I” with the best graduation thesis;

– Awarding of “General Stefan Gusa” Diplomas and Prizes to the students graduating with the highest marks at the Land Forces Academy “Nicolae Balcescu” of Sibiu, the Naval Academy “Mircea cel Batran” of Constanza, and the Aeronautics Academy “Henri Coanda” of Brasov;

– Assignment of ten monthly “General Stefan Gusa” study scholarships, as follows:

– Three study scholarships to one pupil of each of the three military high school colleges;

– Four study scholarships to one cadet (one student) of each of the three Armed Forces Academies (land, aeronautics and naval) and of the Military Technical Academy;

– Three study scholarships for one pupil of each of the Military Schools of Non-Commissioned Officers and Masters of the Armed Forces;

– Donation of: food, maintenance materials, stationery articles and toys for the Association Archdeacon “St. Stephen” (Ghencea Parish);

– Organization of a trip to Italy during the summer holidays, as a prize for one pupil of each of the military high schools, at the end of completion of the 2nd or 3rd year of high school. Criteria of selection and nomination in conformity with those approved for the year 2010;

– Interviews, articles in the military and civil press, radio and television broadcasts relating to the purpose and objectives FGSG;

– Realization and supply of documentary material for the section “Personalities in uniform” of the publication “Military Observer”.

– Sponsorship of editorial activities: elaboration, edition and printing of studies and of books of military history and memoir literature, printing of journals of the associations of military personnel – “The cult of heroes”, “War veterans”, “Reserve Military Personnel”, and more exactly of one book – “Military Attachés Report” Vol. VI (report 2010) – and of one issue of “Heroic Romania”;

– Support/sponsorship University of Pitesti for the organization of the National Session of scientific communications of the students of the Faculty of History – “Student research in the 3rd millennium” and of the annual Session of scientific communications of the students of the Faculty of Socio-Human Sciences;

– Collection and selection of documentary material for the realization of a documentary on general Stefan Gusa;

– Common projects in collaboration with the institutes with which there are signed agreements or partnerships in order to support the scientific-educational activities in the military field.
